I do believe it is getting a little chilly here. I've really noticed it at night the most. Does this mean that fall is officially around the corner? I wish, but usually we are in for a pretty hot September. I love this kind of weather.
When I picked up Charlie today, this is what he did at school in his own words. "I painted and did nothing else." Ok.
Harrison is moving right along, we are having a lot of fun. Tomorrow is his first "Friday school", and he is a little nervous, but he'll be fine. We met his teacher at the beach party and she is super nice. I'm looking forward to it!
(I should explain "Friday school". Thanks Michelle. We are part of an ISP, or Independent Study Program. Through this program, the students all go to school on Fridays. It is held at a nearby church, they have field trips, music, p.e., etc. The teachers at Friday school reinforce what we are teaching at home. So, it's a chance for a little change of pace, and some interaction with others, and most importantly, a rest for mom. :))
