behind the scenes with the Angels

Harrison and I took a little drive out to Anaheim this morning to go behind the scenes at Angel Stadium. What a neat field trip for a child, or any baseball fan. Our homeschool group met at the stadium and we had our own personal tour guide named Frank who was a real character. We got to go all over the place, the dugout was my particular favorite. The pressroom was pretty neat too, and the opposing team locker room was fun. We weren't allowed to go into the Angels locker room because of all of the player's personal items. We just heard that their locker room was much nicer. We heard all kinds of great stories from our guide, things that don't make the newspaper, but probably should. I felt like we were part of the family while we were there, they really have a family bond.

This is right in between the locker rooms, very posh inside.

My favorite part, sitting where the team sits. Here is the view from the dugout.

The press area, Harrison reports for the Daily Sports Seoul, Korea.

I couldn't resist. We were all instructed NOT to run on the field. ;)
