update

We have been pretty hot here lately. I can't stand this unseasonable heat. It's fine in the summer, but April? No thanks. Everyone is hot, hot, hot.
Harrison and I are winding up his school year. I think I've only got a week left, I still have to add up our days. The state requires a certain number of days for us to complete. Harrison doesn't know this, but we will go over the required number of days. We actually will do something every week until school starts again. But rest assured it will be a very relaxed and fun schedule. I mainly want to keep on top of our reading.
Last Friday our local police had us over for a field trip. I loved it, and the boys did too. They were a little disappointed that they didn't get any jail time like they were promised. I didn't tell them that the reason most likely was that there was someone already in there! They did however, love the sirens. I asked them both what they loved and they both replied, "turning on the sirens."
Audrey is doing great too. She sleeps well some nights and not so well other nights. I wish I knew the reason. I am trying to plan her baptism. It will be a small family affair. I just need to figure out what to serve. I was so upset that we couldn't baptize her until May. It turns out that the church baptism schedule is booked two months in advance. The benefit to not being available until May? We are baptizing her on Mother's Day. :) I can't imagine a better day.

For Maya's baptism we served shredded chicken sandwiches along with a fruit and veggie tray! THey were a hit!

Sorry about your heat wave, Jenny! I'm sure that would make me cranky too... I don't want heat like that until August! (Of course, I'd take it a little warmer here - it snowed on Tuesday...)

Hope you have a lovely weekend! Audrey is looking so big already...

What a great day for a baptism!!
She looks so cute :0)
And the boys look like they had a great time!
Sleep is so tricky with babies, isn't it?
The only way we were able to get Erin sleeping better was no middle of the night feedings until 5:30-6am. Although last night was a rough one.
