itunes game

I just had to try this after seeing it over at Elizabeth's blog. Here is what you do, go to your music player of choice and put it on shuffle. Say the following questions aloud, and press play. Use the song title as the answer to the question. NO CHEATING. Pretty funny stuff.

How does the world see you?
"Profit in Peace" by Ocean Colour Scene, I LIKE this answer! So far, so good.

Will I have a happy life?"
"T.V." by Lynn Murray. What the heck? Here is my disclaimer: Robert has a TON of music on iTunes. He is also fond of soundtracks. It seems that this particular song comes from a soundtrack of old black and white tv shows. Whatever.

What do my friends really think of me?
"You Wear the Sun" by the Delays. Again, I really like this answer, is it true?

How can I make myself happy?
"Waterfront" by Simple Minds. Not bad.

What should I do with my life?
"You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" by Elvis. Blech. I just don't like Elvis, there...I said it.

Will I ever have children?
"Secret" by Madonna. Hmmmm. It really isn't a secret. My "secrets" are currently running around out back.

What is some good advice for me?
"Control the Flame" by the Lightning Seeds. I can totally stand by that advice!

How will I be remembered?
"Full On" by Oasis. Alrighty.

What is my signature dancing song?
"Hellacious Acres" by Barbra Streisand. Well, if you've seen me dance, then I suppose so.

What do I think my current theme song is?
"Smile On You" by Yello. :)

What does everyone else think my current theme song is?
"N.Y.P.D. Blue, theme song. Okay, note to self: get all of the tv theme song soundtracks out of iTunes.

What song will play at my funeral?
"True Colors" by Cyndi Lauper. Well it is melancholy right?

What is my day going to be like?
"I Ran" by Flock of Seagulls. Everyday!

Should I publish this meme?
"Shame" by Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark. I am not shamed in the least, so there.

I love those answers. They are so happy. We have a couple of those TV compilation CDs too. Sometimes we play name that tune with dinner guests. People must hate us....
