We were able to escape for a couple of days a little while ago. I wish I could say that it was just what I needed but I guess not. For the last couple of days I have been having some weird things going on with me. Specifically, heart palpitations and a racing heart beat and shortness of breath. It's been about as bad as it sounds. Sunday night was so bad, I almost went to the ER. I had to calm myself down and try and relax. The thing is, I don't know what is causing it. I've been seen by my doctor twice and have had two clear EKGs. I know it is stress, she has said that's what she thinks it is too. I can't figure out what I am so stressed out about! It has gotten a lot better. Hearing her say my heart is fine helped. It seems to lessen a little each day. I always knew stress could cause a lot of physical problems, I never realized how bad they could be. So, I might be taking a little break which I'm sure won't seem any different then the way my sporadic posting is now. :)

we are two peas in a pod... we both have probs with headaches and weird heart issues. :/ i can commiserate. hugs. :)

Oh Jenny, my mom had some of this stuff happen awhile ago. would you believe the doctor ordered rest and to stop drinking so much soda??
